Hair extension application requires an in-person stylist consultation prior to booking, pre-booked appointment, and full payment of products to be purchased. Hair extensions that are purchased are non-refundable.

APPOINTMENTS

We request a 24-hour notice when canceling an appointment. Time is a very precious commodity and a late arrival for an appointment will result in an adjustment to your service so that we don’t run late for our next client. Repeated no shows will not be rescheduled.

For your convenience we accept VISA, Mastercard, debit card, cash, and personal checks. Returned checks are subject to a $40 service charge.

gift cards

Gift cards are available but must be specified for Boutique items or individual stylists. The Beauty Parlor is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Cards must be present at time of redemption and are non-transferable and non-refundable. If card is not specified with a stylist then it can only be redeemable towards boutique purchases.

children

We welcome children for their own appointments. Due to safety no child without an appointment is permitted in the styling area. Well behaved children 12 & older are welcome to wait in the waiting area.
